General Terms and ConditionsPlease note that:* Domain registration orders are processed instantly. * All domain registration orders are non-refundable. You should check the spelling of your domain carefully before submitting your order for registration. Accreditation ICANN oversees top-level domains like .com, .org, .mobi and .net while Nominet (uk) oversees .org.uk, .co.uk, .ltd.uk and .plc.uk domains. Sienne Technologies Limited has been granted the right to provide Internet domain registration for second-level domain names within the .com, .org, .net, .co.uk, .mobi, .eu, .org.uk, .ltd.uk and .plc.uk top-level domains. Sienne technologies Limited may at its discretion, decide to accept or reject any application for registration of domain name for any reason, including but not limited to, rejection due to a request for registration of a prohibited domain name. Upon receipt of domain name registration request from you, Sienne Technologies limited shall submit the information to the registry administrator for the appropriate domain for approval and processing. The registry administrator then puts into effect the domain name registration. currently, Network Solutions, Inc. acts as the registry administrator for the .com, .mobi, .org, and .net top-level domains. Nominet UK acts as the registry administrator for the .co.uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk and .plc.uk top-level domains. Please check below for a list of domain administrators and link to their websites. AGREEMENT To complete the registration process, you must accept that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You also agreed to be bound by any rules and regulations that exists now or in the future as set forth by the registry administrators for the respective registries. These rules or policies are posted on the Registry websites and you are responsible for monitoring the Registries websites on a regular basis for changes. In the event that you do not wish to be bound by a revision or modification to any Registry policy, your sole remedy will be to cancel your domain name registration by following the appropriate Registry policy regarding such cancellation. Should your product qualify for this guarantee please email payments@sienne.co.uk within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. This guarantee excludes domain names which may not be cancelled once Registered. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 4 to 6 business days of our receiving your return.
